I took one look at her greasy hair and decided her attention was probably divined intervention because there I no way I would want someone with not only an attitude but nasty hair touching my hair, even for a quick trim!

Maybe turn your open sign off and lights off and hide in the back if we want to chit chat before the store closes. The fact they didn’t even care on opening to see what I needed before 7 is wrong. It wasn’t a haircut. It was a quick purchase. They close at 7 so that’s when the door locks. Will be taking my business elsewhere. The best they have is Dorothy so that’s why it’s not one star. She’s amazing

I kept thinking it was just my imagination…I even on sides, mullet like in the back, bangs popped up way too short. So disappointed. Stupid me, I even have a nice tip until I realized what I truly looked like when I got home.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
