Maybe turn your open sign off and lights off and hide in the back if we want to chit chat before the store closes. The fact they didn’t even care on opening to see what I needed before 7 is wrong. It wasn’t a haircut. It was a quick purchase. They close at 7 so that’s when the door locks. Will be taking my business elsewhere. The best they have is Dorothy so that’s why it’s not one star. She’s amazing

I kept thinking it was just my imagination…I even on sides, mullet like in the back, bangs popped up way too short. So disappointed. That is turning down service, and revenue, and bad customer service. The two in there looked unkempt anyway, so its probably a blessing in disguise that they didn't touch my hair as it is.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
