I went to a different location and the barber was just out right rude and she didn’t do what I asked for and messed it up so bad that I didn’t even want to go back to have her fix it. So I go to the 72nd location off of Jones and I explained my situation to miss Kara. Not only did she show me compassion and grace, she got me looking amazing. Completely fixed another barbers mistakes. I have really thick curly hair and it’s hard to find barbers I can trust. All of her employees are polite and skilled. From the mess I brought her to walking out with that I look amazing feeling. Thank You Kara, you’re truly an artist.
