He sent a message to the stylist (Kelly) to let her know I had arrived early. Kelly is fantastic and took her time to ensure she understood what it was I wanted the end product to look like (hi-lite/lo-lite). Kelly showed great concern, evidenced by her willingness to ask a colleague of hers for a second opinion. I will definitely return to use Kelly's services and I will refer her to others! Overall, I felt very welcomed and that they all provided wonderful customer service.
