The woman who gave my massage clearly had no training or proper technique and I seriously question whether she is even licensed. She repeatedly dug her bony elbow directly into my spine and vertebrae, leaving my back sore and bruised. At one point she even cracked my back, which is completely inappropriate and not something a massage therapist should be doing. The experience only got more bizarre and unprofessional. She picked a pimple off my leg, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. In the middle of the massage she abruptly stopped and went to the bathroom without saying a word, leaving me lying there confused. Throughout the massage she was also burping, which added to how uncomfortable and unprofessional the whole experience felt. To make matters worse, when I left I gave a $15 tip, and the staff actually told me it wasn’t enough and insisted I should leave 20%. After the worst massage of my life, being pressured about the tip was the final straw. This was by far the worst massage experience I have ever had. Completely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.
