  I'm a big fan of makeup and Sephora and when I travel for work, I tend to find a Sephora in whatever city I'm in. I definitely have to compliment the staff at the Lincoln location as it is one of the best Sephora's I've been to. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable and always helpful (but not clingy--they let you just shop if that's what you want). The store is one of the best I've seen for tidiness and the testers being in the right spot in the display, pencil products sharpened, tester products overall looking clean and sanitized, products being stocked, etc. This is not the largest Sephora I've ever been to but they have all of the major brands and a nice selection of smaller indie brands and such. It's really a great store and very well staffed and managed by the team there.

  i forgot to ask her name, but she helped me find my airpod underneath the dusty shelves. she absolutely did not need to do that. whoever you are girl, you are so kind and thank you so much. you da GOAT 🙌.

  They greeted us at the door, politely and respectful answered all my questions. The girls worked hard to keep my budget. I really liked sampling things, it made it easier to decide. Thank You

  I usually come here to pick up my orders because I don’t like being harassed in store when I’m trying to shop so it was easy for me just to do pick up orders, but when you see me standing by the pick up area, walk past me multiple times without saying anything it’s weird tbh. Also, giving my son dirty looks because he was wearing his catholic school uniform is a no no. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs it’s 2025 get over it.

  Angela was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect perfume. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my specific taste. I walked in to buy 2 things and wound up walking out spending $200 in various brands and cosmetics. Im excited to try out these items and super thankful for the knowledgeable employees who are always smiling and ready to help. It was super busy and they all managed quite well with keeping the place clean and stocked. Which is why I went there anyways because ultra wasnt stocked on the one item I went for. I also saved $11 because I had points and got a little makeup brush bag as a gift.
