I also appreciated her calm demeanor and that she didn't act like she was in a hurry like so many people seem these days. I had had a long day and it was so nice to be able to just sit and relax while she worked on my hair. She did a fantastic job and it has been a long time since I have loved my hair this much. Crystle is also very knowledgeable about products as I had asked for a recommendation for my slightly curly hair and she helped me find a great product! Thank you!

My hair is beyond fried, it is patchy, grey, and nothing like what I asked for. Not only that but it is 4 inches shorter, and I specifically told the stylist I wanted no more than two inches cut off regardless of the split ends leftover. I am beyond disappointed. The last photo I included was my inspiration.

I understand my hair took past closing, but to force a 20 year old female out a door that isn’t near her car, in the dark, is so messed up. They had this guy standing there who could have been security but wasn’t. HOW a female forces another female out into the dark is BEYOND ME. They really could’ve have spent the 20 minutes they had to wait past closing cleaning their salon, or all their vents that have not been dusted in what I would say 6 months +. Completely disrespectful and I will not be back even though I had another service scheduled already. DO BETTER.
