- RWR WJul 30, 20241.0I recently booked an appointment with this salon. I explained what I needed, the condition of my hair etc. When I got to the appointment and talked to the hairdresser she basically told me they could not give me the color I wanted because all of their hair color products tend to "run warm" I ended up leaving because I didn't want to subject my hair to someone who didn't seem to understand how hair color works. I would think twice about going to this salon.

I understand my hair took past closing, but to force a 20 year old female out a door that isn’t near her car, in the dark, is so messed up. They had this guy standing there who could have been security but wasn’t. HOW a female forces another female out into the dark is BEYOND ME. They really could’ve have spent the 20 minutes they had to wait past closing cleaning their salon, or all their vents that have not been dusted in what I would say 6 months +. Completely disrespectful and I will not be back even though I had another service scheduled already. DO BETTER.
