I also appreciated her calm demeanor and that she didn't act like she was in a hurry like so many people seem these days. I had had a long day and it was so nice to be able to just sit and relax while she worked on my hair. She did a fantastic job and it has been a long time since I have loved my hair this much. Crystle is also very knowledgeable about products as I had asked for a recommendation for my slightly curly hair and she helped me find a great product! Thank you!
- VBVivienne BallerJan 24, 20261.0This is genuinely the worst my hair has ever looked. If I had one wish it would be to have never stepped foot in this salon. My hair is beyond fried, it is patchy, grey, and nothing like what I asked for. Not only that but it is 4 inches shorter, and I specifically told the stylist I wanted no more than two inches cut off regardless of the split ends leftover. I am beyond disappointed. The last photo I included was my inspiration.

She was so polite and professional. Brynn really did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her. My hair has never looked so beautiful before. Thank you Brynn.

JCP should do a better job adding staff that can work with different textures, styles, colors, etc of hair. No one on their current staff could provide the simple service I asked for. At least they called and told me before I wasted my time going there. Disappointing
