With that being said, it would be cool if you could see who’s working at each location on the app when you go to check in. That way you could choose who you want, possibly save time for other people in line. Obviously, I’d choose Richie every time cuz, GOAT, ya know.

First time in and they made it easy to get on the wait list, giving a pretty accurate wait time and helping me sign up so I could get the message letting me know when I could come back, letting me get some errands done while I waited. Stylist was also great, chatty and polite, and asking all the right questions so my cut came out exactly how I wanted. Pricing was also good, around $20 for the cut and another $20 or so for some styling product.
