He was having a hard time sitting still and was not the easiest to work with - so I made him apologize to the woman who cut his hair afterwards. Her name was Rebecca. I’m writing this for any other parents/parents of children with autism or sensory issues. Avoid at all costs. She was so rude to him and so short. She seemed visibly annoyed and was basically throwing her hair stuff all around. It reminded me of a toddler throwing a fit. I don’t know who was worse - her or my 8 year old. Will be contacting corporate first thing Monday and I hope that she doesn’t treat anyone else or any other children that way. His hair looks good despite him moving around and that is the only positive thing I have to say about this experience..

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
