At first I didn’t think anything of but I became increasingly less satisfied as the appointment continued. The appointment took well over an hour making me late of my break and the stylist seemed very unconfident in herself. Over half haircut was just her trimming the sides being unconfident in her ability to blend. When she got around to my ears when she was finished with the right ear, decided to cut the sideburn off of my beard without permission. Then when she went around to the left side to the other ear, she forgot that she did that, and then proceeded to ask me. Once that was done because there’s no way I could say no at that point, she had her manager come over and blend my sideburns. Then proceeded to wet my hair to cut it and was struggling with what an inch was to cut she took so long that the hair became dry and was hard for her to move, and she did not re-wet the hair in order to cut it and have it better for her while she was doing so I was just severely disappointed in the process and now we’ll have second thoughts in going to this location or Great Clips in general.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
