No cut on my side hair. Told her my hair was cut in a "V" "I see that" was her reply!no more "V' cut. I guess she just cut that off. I left almost in tears. How rude! Why did she choose that profession? If she was in a bad mood or whatever don't take it out on me.I left her no tip. I always tip. I don't know if I'll go back. School has more professional & friendly people.

She spoke to my little boy quite harshly, telling him to “keep still” without any politeness or warmth—which was surprising, especially when dealing with a young child. As a parent, I tried to help guide him and even politely asked to make his hair a little shorter, but she appeared even more irritated. There was no friendliness or basic courtesy throughout the visit. I truly believe Mickenzie might be better suited for a position where she doesn’t have to interact directly with customers—perhaps in a warehouse or factory setting. Working with kids (and people in general) requires patience, kindness, and communication, which were unfortunately missing in this experience. DO NOT GO WITH KID

After trying several others, Shaq was able to figure out what I was wanting ( I know I wasn't much help trying to explain either). A nice cut and enjoyable conversation= a win.
