    I met Jeanne through a business networking event years ago and started using her for all of our family's hair needs from that point forward. As a family with 4 kids and a husband, it was important to have 1 place to go. Years later, our now adult children, still trust Jeanne with their hair, wedding hair and makeup, all of life's most important events. I also utilize Jeanne's professional services in my business as I need someone who understands how essential it is to have hair and makeup done correctly for photography purposes as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else for cosmetology purposes!

    Owner is a legend…in her own mind. Like father, like daughter. She overcharges and does poor quality work. She kept referring to my wife and anyone else who patronizes her establishment as a “guest”. Is this how she appreciates the business you give her? She needs to be reminded that you do not pay her to be a “guest”. She is full of herself. We laugh at her attitude. She knew my wife had suffered from a broken neck, in which licensed doctors who she had informed of her injuries and they disregarded her complaints and neglected to treat her, yet the owner of this establishment was so rough on towel drying her hair, she must think herself as knowing more than she actually does. I will give her this, she did all of this with a smile on her face. It makes me sick how she took advantage of us. Oh, her response will be that she doesn’t recognize us as customers, but she lies. Maybe a confession to your pastor would be in order.
