Our stylist was Courtney and she seemed like she didn’t have any patience, we asked her to do a drop down and her answer was “I can only do what he lets me” then as she was giving him a trim she seemed to be in a rush. At the end, we asked if she can please blow off his clothes since he had so much hair on him and she didn’t really do it she just said that hair sticks to fabric. Overall, she was snarky and had little patience and our whole experience was not the best whatsoever. She did not make us feel welcome. We still left a tip because we value anyone’s time and work but it was not the best.

I was ridiculed from the start because I didnt have the number memorized of the trimmers used for my hair. (I thought that was the whole point of the tape they print off) I was told I dont know what Im talking about and that how I want my hair cut wont look good. If I asked her to touch an area up she sighed and would tell me no. I gave up on trying to get my hair fixed with that lady, she wouldnt listen or care enough to help me. My haircut last time was great normally the oldest lady that cuts hair there is the one who does it (she must have some magic scissors) My current haircut looks beyond awful. My hair smells like cigarettes from the ladies fingers. So im stuck to a baseball cap until I can get my hair fixed. Im sad that Great Clips has turned into Cheap Clips.

She asked if I wanted a 1 or 2, which I don’t know because I’m not a barber. Anyways, we tried 2 and she confirmed the length which I agreed. Then she proceeded to cut it all the way to the top of my head. I thought all was lost but then she decided to cut the top down to an inch length. Not much to say as I can’t glue it back on. Headed home to shave it off and start new. Won’t be back.
