I had checked the option to have the location text me when our time was up and the stylists were ready for us. The countdown went from 3 minutes to 15 minutes because the employees bypassed me since we weren't inside and they didn't know we were here. We never received a text saying it was our turn and the employees inside basically said so what when I went in to see what had happened. So we waited 48 minutes for haircuts when it should have been 33 and then the employee was rude on top of it. If the kids hadn't been hard up for a haircut I wouldn't have waited but we will not be back after this.
