    Rude. Located next door to other businesses and they will come outside while you’re parking to tell you to move and that you can’t park there because that’s their spot. There are no signs stating the parking spots are designated for any specific business and the parking lot was empty. So when you apologize and say you didn’t see any signs and go to your car to move it, they will then call you a racist, unprovoked.

    Pam the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn’t believe I was a cosmetologist and asked for my license and ID and once I provided it, she told me that I needed to have their app in order to shop there. Also she wouldn’t accept my tax exempt. I will never shop at SalonCentric again and we’ll take all my business to Cosmo Prof!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
