She was also putting on a full face of makeup with the testers and didn’t even bother to check or answer us when we asked a question. My mom and other daughter were in there to get a gift card and my mom asked for a $15.00 gift card, but she said they only start at $25 and then preceded to tell my mom and daughter to go to the dollar tree if they only wanted to spend $15.00. We will continue ordering online or going to Fargo.

A toddler would have better customer service. Don’t bother asking for help or a price check as it is clearly an issue and an inconvenience to her. - MCMelissa CAug 10, 20241.0The store associate Rachel (who unsurprisingly already has two bad reviews directed at her) was incredibly rude. The item I wanted was priced on the shelf as $36, but rang up as $39. I politely told her that it is $36. Her reply was "it's ringing through as 39" so I replied that it is labelled as 36. She says "with your sephora beauty discount it's 35.10". I politely replied that it is 36 on the shelf though so she goes to check and says "you're right it is 36, so do you want to pay 36 or 35.10?". My reply was "would it not be less than 35.10 if you input the correct price of 36?" She said "i can check" and calls for help. After waiting under a minute (with no response from someone else" she says that she cannot give it to me for less than 35.10. Completely rude and lacks basic customer service. I can't believe she is allowed to be the one and only face of Sephora in grand forks. I will most likely contact Sephora higher ups
