    I went in to buy some nice perfume for my birthday while I was standing there a girl offered to help but I wasn’t ready, a few mins later I went to ask the girl for help and what good vanilla smells are she says 1 perfume name and then walks away while I’m in the middle of talking, so i continue to look alone and then ask this girl named Myah to help with long blonde braids, she was so nice and helpful, had me take a perfume test and made me feel very welcomed, I get to checkout and it’s the same girl again from earlier, every question I asked she said “idk” instead of finding someone who did, it turned my shopping very frustrating but I was grateful Myah helped me.

    I get harassed here with multiple questions like do you need any help, are you looking for anything specific, do you need a basket. LEAVE ME ALONE. I get it's their job to do that but it ruins the shopping experience I have to wear headphones in there just so they'll leave me alone. This is why I shop at Ulta they leave people alone. 10/10 would recommend Ulta.

    I had a terrible experience at the store, I walked past an employee talking poorly about me to her coworker. I didn’t get her name, or much of what she said but she had short hair and it was in braids and the coworker she was talking to had blonde hair. So unprofessional and I will never come back. Extremely disappointed, Ulta has just gained a customer.
