  Amazing staff, worked with Amelia and she was amazing. She was very educated about products and got me a few things for under eye bags that seem to be working wonderfully! she also assisted my daughter in a shade match which was also an amazing spot on match. I definitely recommend Amelia for help when you go!

  I am a card carrying Rogue member and have been for years. I throughly enjoy makeup and skin care but I mostly buy online due to the horrible customer service everytime I go into the store. Not only are the staff rude and uneducated about products, they act as though I am inconveniencing them if I ask them for help finding something or have a question. Heaven forbid you try to return something you tried and didn't like...they will not only make it take forever(also dont know their systems), give you the most attitude they can possibly muster, and astonishingly a demon possesses their bodies because their eyes always roll so far back into their heads. I can better service at Walmart. Last time I was in the girls blue hair hadn't been maintained in months and looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. If you do even go to pick something up it takes a half an hour even if it's a member of management because they never have the keys on them and don't know what someone standing at the "pickup area" means and would rather chat with other employees. There are way worse stories that corporate had to step in with the GM but I've never even seen a small step in better customer service let alone an apology.

  I went in to buy some nice perfume for my birthday while I was standing there a girl offered to help but I wasn’t ready, a few mins later I went to ask the girl for help and what good vanilla smells are she says 1 perfume name and then walks away while I’m in the middle of talking, so i continue to look alone and then ask this girl named Myah to help with long blonde braids, she was so nice and helpful, had me take a perfume test and made me feel very welcomed, I get to checkout and it’s the same girl again from earlier, every question I asked she said “idk” instead of finding someone who did, it turned my shopping very frustrating but I was grateful Myah helped me.
