This Lush location has been *by far* the most helpful, considerate, and welcoming store I have been to, and I leave every time with a few less worries! Last year I came here on a hunt for eco-friendly gifts for a family member, and the employee who assisted me was so accurate in picking out scents and products based on the description I gave them. It was like magic! More recently, I brought a dear friend to the store while we were in town together, and received one of the biggest tips to soothe my dry winter skin. I even came back a second time to snag the hand creme I was recommended because all the other products had worked so well. I feel like I'm consulting a wise friend when I visit, and with the number of products they are knowledgeable on it's a huge help for those looking for memorable gifts. I can't wait to go back 😌❤️

Wren recommended some skincare items to me and assisted me with finding my other needs and making sure I was all set up. I live 3 hours away so I dont get to visit often and when I do I make sure I get everything I need before I go. They were very helpful and polite. 10/10 customer service here. I love my Lush products
