Went in for a hair cut. I explained that I wanted lots of short layers and she talked me out of that. I had very long hair it was in need of a good cut I did say 2-3 in she suggested 4. She took off way more then that my which I'm not to upset about but then when in came to cleaning up my bangs she totally butchered them I told her I like them kind of long by my eyelids and the cut them to my eyebrows and even shorter in the middle they were kept sticking up. I did express to her I was not happy with the bangs and she apologized. At the end of my visit I can honestly say I didn't walk out with anything I ask for just I walk out feeling ulgy.

BEWARE, I scheduled online for a double process as I know my hair needs to be lightened before the color takes and when I got there with the stylist she said that when we schedule online it doesn't give a long enough slot to do a double process so I should try for a single process as she has a client after me. Not only did the color not take like I knew it wouldn't, she then tried again another single process which added more time (plus she called her next client, a regular, to come in a half hour later) and at that point I had given up and said the 'yeah looks good' as I was over it. She did ask if I more time to try the next day but I only get my hair redone once a year and I already had been gone for 3+ hours...plus I have two young kiddos...I don't have time to just come back the next day.
I left not satisfied at all and disappointed as I finally got my hair redone and when I looked in the mirror I barely saw a change. If I'm gonna spend 150+ dollars I want to see something great. I called the next day as I booked an appt to have it fixed. They agreed but then the stylist called back and was very annoyed sounding that I ask for her to fix it. That she actually bleach my hair and that she wouldn't do that as she already did 2- single processes. She wanted to get me off her schedule as she had an actual regular client that she didn't want to take an appt from. I was taken back and pretty much was like FINE just to get her off the phone.
I did call back a third time to ask to speak with the manager as I wanted my hair to be fixed and have someone else do my hair. I have the vm and I still need to call back but I'm just so disappointed. I did go somewhere else to get my hair fixed which wasted more time to get it right but I love my hair now.
Lesson I learned : online booking..if the stylists know it doesn't book long enough for what I selected the appointment for - please get it fixed or when it says double process to call and clarify what they want. When I book I double process it means I need my hair lightened! I know my hair better than the stylist does. I started going to jcpenney as they were a fair price but it was a waste of time for something I treat myself to yearly.

Remy did an amazing job on my little man’s hair today! He is 1 year old! He was a little wiggly! She was so friendly and made it very comfortable for the both of us! His haircutt was absolutely prefect! I thank her for her kindness and patience with us! 💜
