- JLJenny LanconOct 19, 20251.0Went in for a hair cut. I explained that I wanted lots of short layers and she talked me out of that. I had very long hair it was in need of a good cut I did say 2-3 in she suggested 4. She took off way more then that my which I'm not to upset about but then when in came to cleaning up my bangs she totally butchered them I told her I like them kind of long by my eyelids and the cut them to my eyebrows and even shorter in the middle they were kept sticking up. I did express to her I was not happy with the bangs and she apologized. At the end of my visit I can honestly say I didn't walk out with anything I ask for just I walk out feeling ulgy.
