- STSierra TornabeniMar 28, 20261.0Drove all the way from Williston, ND. Called ahead to see if they would stay open literally 5 extra minutes so we could get the products we needed. AND even offered to have our orders ready so they could be handed to us! Which would’ve have also been nice, but when we showed up 5 minutes to close, the doors were locked. I understand it’s not the employees problem that I didn’t make it well in advance, but a little compassion is really not that hard. And to be closed before your actual close time is crazy. We are SERVICE PROVIDERS EVERY MINUTE COUNTS. I could’ve walked in there, got what I needed, and been out within that 5 minutes.

My maps said I would arrive at 4:01pm. They said no… Fair enough, I understand not wanting to stay late. However, I made good time and arrived 5 minutes before they were supposed to close. (Plenty of time for me to grab the 2 items I needed)… but they had already locked the door. I can’t help but feel like they knew I was coming and did not want to stay until exactly 4pm. Super disappointed.

Initially, we had some difficulties since the Rapid City, SD Salon Centric clerk must have deleted the database membership in punishment for our dissatisfaction. We challenged the Rapid City store, and the membership was quickly reinstated, allowing us to complete our purchases without difficulty! Excellent customer service in the Bismarck, ND store!!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
