- JLJoe LeMireNov 22, 20252.0I’ve never left a poor review before, the workers are all very nice and welcoming, but my hair got messed up so bad. It’s been a month and I still notice how uneven it is, I haven’t left my house without a hat since I got it cut here. When I sat in the chair I explained what I wanted and showed the stylist and she said, “oh kind of like a mullet” (I was going for a modern mullet) It worried me when she said that but I figured she knew what she was doing. Before I could even blink she took the clipper and ran it up the side of my head, never parted my hair or anything. We agreed on trimming my hair to my eyebrows, (taking about an inch off) she ended up basically giving my bangs that went to my eyebrows and cutting three inches off the top of my head. The worst part, after I bought a hat to hide my haircut, I noticed the hair that stuck out behind my right ear was an inch longer than the hair behind my left ear, so I fixed it myself, with scissors. Patiently growing it out so I can go get it fixed 🤦♂️

Should have walked out the moment the lady wrinkled up her nose and asked what we were really doing. Stylist proceeded to ignore my “cut off absolutely no more than 2 inches” and “please follow the layers that are already there” Ignored the kid saying “oh no! Not the back of my hair!” Ignored me saying “hey, only cut the minimum, please kid is trying to grow it out’” Cut off at least 5 inches. Gave a bowl cut with rounded edges. Hair went from below the midline of the shoulder blades to off the collar. Should have known from her age she wouldn’t let a boy have long hair. She even turned around and proudly announced she’d gotten rid of everything from the back. I said “that’s the opposite of what we asked for, kid is growing it out” She said “it wouldn’t have looked good anyway.” with a wrinkle nosed sneer. And added “This is much better” shrugged and had the kid hop down when I pointed out “this isn’t a wolf cut” If you want anything out of baseline you will be ignored. 2 stars because they accurately predicted when they’d be ready And they are fairly priced But nothing you say will ever stop them once they’ve decided you aren’t allowed to pick what you pay for.

Got a haircut the other day and the hair stylist wouldn’t let me get a word in and didn’t even style my hair so I have no clue if I like it or not and when I called they said to come in the next day and they would style it for free and when I came in I was told I was gunna be charged for something that should’ve been done. Never coming back horrible establishment!
