While Mallory, the stylist, was professional and tried to correct the issue, the results are still unsatisfactory. Despite a correction session to address a noticeable blonde streak, the streak has returned, and the color hasn't held up as expected. As someone who lives 3.5 hours away, returning for another correction isn't feasible. The salon offered store credit, which is unhelpful as I now need to find a new salon to fix the issue. To make matters worse, the management/owner was extremely rude on the phone when I discussed my concerns. Given the lack of a real solution, I cannot recommend this salon. A simple apology goes a long way… other salons I talk to in the area are shocked at the poor customer service and have heard similar experiences.

If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
