What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Your appointments are valuable to our team, and we confirm them 48 hours in advance. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients.
