  This is a 3 part review. 1. I understand extenuating circumstances. Family is priority. 2. My appointment got cancelled 2 hours prior to the appointment. (This appointment was for me to get married). The salon hair stylist requested me to reschedule due to her baby being sick. She asked me to reschedule. I stated, “I hope your little one gets to feeling better.” I informed her that this was for me to get married. I asked was there anyone else at the salon that could help me in her place. I was told, “I would call the Ulta salon.” 3. Now, if it was flipped and I cancelled 2 hours prior to my appointment. I would be charged a fee for cancelling in a 24 hour or less time period.

  I have been looking for a stylist since I moved to NC 5 years ago and finally found one. I went to Hannah for a cut and style and she did a beautiful job. I love my hair and will definitely be back. Thank you Hannah.

  I’ve always struggled getting a good haircut. Everywhere I went always messed it up in some sort of way. Partly because I don’t know what specific terms are. I went here in a whim and booked an appointment with Chloe to get a trim. For the first time in a long time I was ecstatic about my haircut. 5 months later and I tried a new haircut. She makes it extremely easy to tell her what you want and nails it every-time. I am happy to give a 5 star review and extra happy to recommend Chloe

  I absolutely LOVE this salon! I have been going to Shelley for at least 8 years now & I trust her completely. I have been through different hair colors, had a perm & recently did a big change cut & style. I always ask her for her opinion because I know she won’t steer me wrong. Shelley considers my lifestyle, my hair type & has always made sure I have been happy with my results. And I have! The rest of the staff is great too, always kind & helpful.
