Waste of time! Staff chatting with each other, no customer assistance and were very rude when asked for help. Worst store ever! Will make sure to never go there again.

Absolutely do NOT go to this store unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like garbage. Worst experience ever. The manager was insanely rude, acted like returning an item was some kind of personal attack, and refused just because I bought it at another location—clearly more worried about their precious sales numbers than basic customer service. I contacted customer service and will be returning everything I’ve bought in the last 90 days. Hope they’re prepared for a massive loss, because they earned it. Total joke of a store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a respectful customer and have worked in retail myself, so I understand policies and customer service expectations.
Today, I visited the store to shop for a gift and went to the Summer Fridays section. Since the lip glosses were not displayed on top, I reasonably assumed they were stored in the drawers. I did not see the sign advising customers not to open the drawer. Had I seen it, I would have asked an employee for assistance.
As I was closing the drawer, an employee named Jessica (if that is her real name) approached me and, without greeting or explanation, used her foot to close the drawer. She did not offer assistance or politely explain the policy. When I attempted to put the product back, she returned and again used her foot to close the drawer.
When I stated that she did not need to be rude, she replied, “There’s a sign right there—read it.” The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, and I felt that it crossed into microaggression. I remained calm and did not use profanity or behave inappropriately.
I later asked for her name. After providing it, she rolled her eyes and made a neck-rolling gesture. Another employee nearby with a short haircut laughed, which further made me uncomfortable.
I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior at Sephora. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed.

The employees were so helpful that were there but the store manager, Maria, was beyond rude and condescending! If I go back there I’ll make sure Maria isn’t there or I’ll take my business elsewhere bc she was awful.
