So I decided to used the first person that was available. When I call to make the appointment. The person I talked to on the phone her name is Chloe she quoted me a price. When the young lady finished my hair she quoted me a different price about $20.00 dollars more than what I was told. The young lady did a good job. Her name is Chelsea. JC. Penny’s need a manager at this salon. These people there are very unprofessional and they tried to tell me that everyone price is different with the same style. JC Penny’s is a franchise. Come on people you can do better than that. I have been there several times and have know intentions on going back and will discourage as many people as I know. Not to fall for these tricks. Don’t go they will raise the price on you!!
- MUmarianne UzcateguiDec 29, 20225.0I came here to do my hair the first the time a week ago before Christmas first hair hair stylist was good she only charged me $20 for a blow dry and a straightening Valerie I came today for the second time and it was a complete different story I got a different hairstyle name Catrina she curled my hair up and also trimmed my dead ends she said the my ends were dry then after she was done with my hair she decided to charged me $40 at first when I got here she said the it would be $20 and then tells me after my hair is done the I have a signature hair texture something like that I there was already a complaint filed through management Is taking care of it hopefully this problem gets solve and another thing she burned my hair because she put extra hold hair spray this was just wrong unprofessional She have me paid her the $40 through Cashapp instead of using the hair salon cash register their is fraud 🤷🏽♀️🤨😒
