Before I got in the chair she was working on another client and from watching that interaction I was hoping to get her as the stylist. She was lively and could easily connect with people. That is very rare to come across. When I got in the seat she was very inviting and comforting. I had her fix a bad hair trim from another person (this person was not an employee but someone within my circle.) she was more than happy to fix it and the way she went about it helped soothe my negative emotions. I will be going to her from here on out for my trims. You out did yourself Olivia! Thank you!

- CPCloud PuffyOct 2, 20251.0The lady that cut my hair didn’t even try to do what I asked. It wasn’t even a hard cut all I asked for was short layers my dead ends and curtain bangs. The bangs are so uneven and she cut CHUNKS out of my hair and called them layers. An inch is not supposed to be CHUNKS. If you don’t know how to do something say so, don’t half ass it and screw someone else’s hair up. Honestly who ever gave you that license needs to have their head checked. If I could rate this place lower I would I’m never coming back here. Horrible service horrible performance and all around not worth the headache.
