- KRK RideFeb 27, 20262.0Update: As a working stylist, clear shelf pricing and a functional app are essential when purchasing professional supplies. When neither were available and my concerns were met with dismissiveness, it was disappointing. The response thanking me for a “positive review” suggests my feedback wasn’t actually read, which further reinforces the issue. || The young lady with long dark hair who helped me yesterday was wonderful. Not the same experience with the lady today but the real issue is that there are too many items with no pricing on the shelf. I tried using the app but was told the internet in-store isn’t great and it kept shutting down so I couldn’t check prices online either- although I’m not sure it would matter bc at checkout I was told online pricing is different than in-store anyway. The first young lady was so upbeat and very happy to help which made up for what I thought was just an issue with the app yesterday. Not the case with the lady today but again her job will be easier and my shopping experience will be better if the items are just priced at the shelf.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
