- LBLilly Bencivenga5 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment earlier this week to have my hair done on my only day off. I understand busy schedules and times needing to be moved around, especially in hair, but I find it extremely unprofessional to call clients to confirm appointments and then call minutes later to cancel and not be able to fit them in until Friday. I understand things happen but there was plenty of time to inform me of the issue more than 2 hours before my appointment.
