- MMMika m2 days ago1.0Everyone in my family had a great experience except for my 11-year-old son. My husband explicitly told the stylist not to take more than an inch off the top, but the staff got him confused with another boy. An older stylist ended up cutting his hair far too short. Beyond the look, my son—who has ASD/ADHD—was in tears because she pulled his hair so hard during the cut. He came home with a headache and scalp pain that lasted for three days. He even had to miss school on Monday to recover and process the situation so he’d feel comfortable going back without hiding under a hoodie. So, we will never going back to you as long as she works there.

I barely had to wait at all before I was in the chair. That kind of efficiency is a massive win when your schedule is packed. Huge shoutout to the stylist, Gladys (or Gladis, sorry if I am misspelling it!). She was an absolute pro and super friendly. She did not just rush through the cut to get to the next person in line. She actually took her time and was meticulous with the details to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to find someone who handles their craft with that much care while still being fast. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks and ready to get back to work. If you want a perfect haircut without the headache of a long wait, go see Gladys. The team at this location is killing it!
