My daughter had expressed great interested in having her ears pierced for well over a year now, but has had quite the anxiety over the actual process. She decided she was ready to go for it on her 7th birthday this morning and we had the very best experience from the moment we walked in through the doors. The entire staff and establishment is outstanding and the surfaces/equipment etc. are impeccably clean and sanitized. Nurse Nicole and Stephanie (I believe that is who the second nurse was) tandem pierced her lobes and gave her the most encouraging, motivating, comforting, and gentle preparation and throughout the actual procedure, since my daughter was so anxious and scared up to the very last second. Afterwards, it was the true highlight of her year and it’s all she’s talked about since! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around. Thank you so much! We definitely will be back. :-)
- BMBrittney MirekNov 11, 20251.0I took my 6-year-old daughter to Rowan for what should have been a simple ear piercing, and it turned into a nightmare. The piercer completely fumbled when piercing the left side, I have it on video...she was messing with the back for far too long time while my daughter was in pain and the other lady had long been finished with the right side. Now her left ear is now infected, despite me following the aftercare instructions exactly as written. When I brought up my concerns, the employee essentially blamed me, waving a flyer in my face and saying I must have done something wrong. Nowhere did the instructions mention needing to replace the studs with shorter ones after a few weeks….something I’ve never had to do with my older daughter’s piercings from Claire’s. They never told me this and I didn’t receive the flyer she was waving in my face. We originally paid $160 for this “premium” experience, and I’ve since spent another $50 on extra cleaning solution and replacement studs. For a basic ear piercing, this is outrageous. Rowan charges luxury prices but delivers poor technique, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration — go anywhere else.

They also didnt tell us that she shouldn’t get the ear piercing above her other hole because since shes older her ear is rlly thing and it could split. We came to an actual piercing place and was informed this i highly do not recommend rowen!
