The positives were that it was very easy to make an appointment online, it's a super nice and clean piercing studio, and it was comforting to have a RN to pierce her ears. However, I think they should be more clear on their pricing before you get to the appointment. For one, the least expensive earring is $68 - for *one* earring, so you're spending a minimum of $136 on a pair of earrings. Secondly, the website says $35 for a single piercing or $50 for double - but if you need/request a needle piercing it's $70 for a double piercing. Lastly, they send you a 10% off coupon when you sign up for texts, which can only be used for "non-piercing items" - so you cannot use it unless you want to buy something else in addition to your $225 piercing session. Maybe I just don't know how much piercing costs anymore, but I think it would be better if this was more clear before you actually arrive.
