    Had haircuts done for both my daughters this weekend. One was fine, her stylist was very nice and did a good job. However, my youngest daughter had an absolutely horrible experience. We asked the stylist to thin her hair out some, as she has thick, unruly hair. When he went to thin in out, he used the regular shears instead of the jagged thinning shears, and proceeded to cut a huge chunk of her hair off underneath. He apologized and I wasn't charged for her hair cut. I am now taking her to another salon today to try and get it fixed as much as possible. She starts her first day of middle school tomorrow and she doesn't want her hair to be cut off short, but we may have no option. I do understand that accidents happen, but if the stylist had been a bit more focused on what he was doing rather than talking non-stop and trying to show pictures on his phone, it could have probably been prevented.
