    The customer service in the salon is absolutely horrible!! You would think they would be nice since most JCP are out of business!! Generally they are out of stock of my product, so business elsewhere. I wish i got names because one lady was completely out of line and should not be in cutomer service!! Stay away!!

    I was serviced by Stephanie Davis, the salons manager. She has decades of experience and is very gentle. Her skill and expertise are apparent by the way she works! I got a keratin treatment (twice now, both times by her) to help my hair be more manageable and I love it! I’ll definitely be back!

    Ask for Jennifer Lee, she’s the ONLY person that I let touch my hair. I have been going to her for the past 13 years! Any where else in Wilmington will mess up your hair.

    I have gone to this salon 4 times in my life. The first two experiences were great! The last two I was Given opposite of what I requested. I complained of issues with thinning hair yet my hair was thinned. This is second experience where it came out horrible. Also uneven and unfinished and a hot mess. I actually went to a great clips who in a matter of minutes fixed the screw up and did exactly what I asked with same conversation and picture. Also explained to me the issues with what was provided to me and what was actually done. The cost to me was a total loss of 6 inches of my hair. While I was prepared to lose length to fix what ever was done the visit prior to this. I was not intending to lose additional length to have it fixed a different location. Also the atmosphere is not professional nor upscale in look for the high end salon prices being charged. Look elsewhere.
