Except the card is now useless because it appearently unofficially expired. It is now my responsibility to prove that I have my card which the employees at Great Clips have seen in person. I am now required to jump through hopes so I can prove my Guaranteed Card actually exists. If I some manage to jump through these hopes there is no "Guarantee" that I will get the $10.99 haircuts i was guaranteed to receive. I have a feeling Great Clips does not understand what the word guarantee means.

Ended up with about 5 inches cut off my hair. The stylist did not listen and cut what he wanted off my hair. Lesson learn. I will never return here again. After a lot of thought I should have never paid for a haircut that I was extremely unsatisfied with.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
