I've been going to this location exclusively for five years and never had a problem until today. My hairdresser was Rhonda and she went at cutting my hair like she was interviewing for NASCAR even though there were four hairdressers and two customers, so after about five minutes of butchering my head she asks if that's good and I said no, this was where I went wrong. I started by asking her to fix my part and she threw her hands down and huffed at me, then proceeded to tell me I didn't know where my part is supposed to be. After we get through this I didn't even bother telling her that she completely missed a guard size to fade my hair (we discussed this before haircut began) I was just ready to be done. She then snatched off the cape throwing hair all over my face, eyes and mouth, then walked away. White I am frantically getting hair out of my beard, eyes and spitting hair from my mouth she is standing at the register with her hand on her hip starring at me. This is the first time in 30 years I have not left a tip to a barber or hairdresser.

Today, we had an older female haircutter and she acted completely inconvenienced to do my son’s haircut even though I had checked in online and we arrived ahead of our check in time so we weren’t late. It doesn’t take long to cut my little guys hair but she rushed through it, barely spoke the entire time and downright made the experience uncomfortable to be honest. I ask everyone to reconsider going to this Great Clips.
