- ALAnthony Lewis2 days ago1.0Well I’ve been coming here for a while now after sport clips changed their hours so it’s basically impossible for me to get there before they close, normally they are pretty good however this last time was literally the WORST haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life. Mind you all I get is a Mohawk like a REAL hawk, shaved all the way up it’s super easy but these lady Jen I think might be here name had absolutely no clue what she was doing, had to explain it to her probably 5 times, she was EXTREMELY rough to the point of my head BLEEDING afterwords, she was literally like stretching my scalp and absolutely DIGGING the clippers into my head I almost taped out and I have TONS of tattoos, she pretty much destroyed my Mohawk like that’s been in place for literally 10+ years, she barely even touched the hair on top of my head so it’s completely uneven now, she was like SUPER jittery almost like I’m almost wondering if there was something wrong or idk maybe something else going on. Like I’m not trying to just bash her but omg she DOES NOT need to be cutting hair. I feel like I’m crazy with how bad of an experience it was, IM LITERALLY BLEEDING!!!! And she completely destroyed my entire haircut so now I get to walk around like an idiot until it grows out enough to get someone who gives a crap to fix it!!! Like why is it so hard to find a NORMAL person to cut my hair!!! I’m so pissed I’m shaking rn and when I leave ZERO tip because she didn’t listen to ANYTHING I was saying because she completely destroyed my hair because she literally CUT ME she wants to say “THANKS” being sarcastic as hell!!!!!! Management FIRE HER I promise you will lose more customers than just me!!!!!!!!! Hard to tell by the pictures but in the one you can see where she cut me and the others you can see all the razor marks where she just kept digging it it not to mention just how red I am from how rough she was. This is literally crazy I’ve never had this happen before something is or was seriously wrong here!!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
