  Usually take my teenage there for a quick cut, been going to this location for years. Last night 2/11/26 around 6pm, I watched 1 customer have to ask the stylist (younger dark-haired women) 3 separate times to please take a little more off (it's like she wasn't even listening to him), the other stylist (tall blonde woman) visibly was upset and pouting that a young lady who had thick curly hair was needing a cut. Not sure if she was mad she had to wash it or that she had to wet it so much. She had me looking on the door to see when closing time was because she was being so very obvious about it. My daughter got the girl who didn't listen and figured out she wasn't going to get anything good from her so we got a trim and left! Additionally, I watched a total of 4 people get their hair cut and not a single one was provided even a blow dry. The 2 stylist who were there last night did not do any favors for Great Clips they made this location look awful!!!

  I will not be trusting Great Clips again after my experience at this location. I have a bob haircut and a tall blonde woman “trimmed it” a few days ago. She didn’t seem to be paying attention to what she was doing but I thought it was just a simple haircut so could move quickly (my mistake). I was pretty horrified when I got home and noticed that it was completely choppy. I’ve never seen anything like it. There were jagged cuts of different lengths all throughout, like a little kid who cut their own hair. I went back a couple days later to see if someone else could even it out for me, and a different woman was very kind and did even out the jagged parts on the front. However she left the back longer than the front. I even asked her “isn’t the back of a bob supposed to be a little shorter than the front?” And she told me no. (Note: it is…). I was relieved that it was no longer obviously choppy, but after going home and styling it, I realized just how much longer the back was. I finally just had a family member trim the back, and they had to cut off a full INCH to get it even with the front. I truly don’t know what is going on at this location, but I would avoid it if you have a haircut that requires any precision whatsoever.

  I visited the Mayfair location recently, and Corinne gave me one of the best fades I’ve had in a long time. She was professional, personable, and clearly proud to serve as assistant manager. It’s obvious she’s a dedicated employee with a bright future. Highly recommend!
