- DBDana BacaNov 28, 20251.0Went in and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted but told her I didn't want heavy layers. She pretty much said you're gonna have to get layers if I wanted what the picture showed and just started chopping my hair. Instead of truly taking the time to listen to me and getting to know what my true goal she just did her own thing. I left traumatized and I am growing out the horrible hair cut. After all the chances I have given Great Clips this was my last straw. I finally found salon who listens to their clients and gives them what they want and doesn't butcher hair. I'm posting this because if you do end up stepping foot in Great Clips don't be afraid to speak up for yourself and what you truly want. I didn't and trusted the "professional" and am living with that regret now for the next 6 months.
