- BPBridget PhillipsNov 2, 20252.0Did not have a good experience today. I’ve had my hair cut here before by the manager and she did a great job and listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions. Today I had someone different and it wasn’t good. I have pretty long hair and I wanted to cut it pretty short and get some bangs. As I tried to talk to my stylist and tell her about the issues I’ve been having with my hair, to gage what she thought as a stylist about the new style I wanted, she seemed completely uninterested in the slightest and I guess saw in my notes last time I only had a few inches and just said “4 inches off?” . I immediately knew by their lack of enthusiasm that I did not entrust her to do what I wanted - which was a big change, at all. So I just agreed to the few inches off so I could leave. She put the cape so tight on my neck it was really uncomfortable. She spent exactly 4 minutes on my hair and that’s literally it. It was really uncomfortable. I’m really glad though I trusted my gut and just let her take a few inches off, instead of what I actually wanted.
