  This was my first ever massage and it exceeded my expectations! I get very anxious around new people and was nervous about talking to the therapist let alone being touched, but the staff was absolutely wonderful and instantly put me at ease. The atmosphere was super quiet and relaxing, I could’ve fallen asleep from the lighting and ocean sounds even without the massage, but my god the massage was incredible. Annika is fantastic at what she does, she explained everything perfectly beforehand and actively sought to work out every ache and knot I had while still making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I never knew how much I needed this. I will absolutely be back!

  Ms Ally did an amazing job! Very professional and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. She listened to my preferences and made sure she instilled them during my massage. Best massage experience ever! I will definitely return for this experience in the near future!

  I love the massage environment. It’s different than the typical setups. The Owner and staff are awesome. I have Parkinson’s disease and had a massage with a therapist who provided a lymphatic massage. It’s the least painful massage that I’ve ever had in my life. However, it was effective. I’ve already scheduled a massage for my wife and my next one.

  Love that The NOW Massage as come to the Wake Forest area! It's like going on vacation right in my hometown. The staff is kind, professional and truly cares about your experience. The environment is beautiful and the massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had! Five stars for sure!
