  *UPDATE* 11-22-25 1:07 PM ​I appreciate the reply, but 'standard corporate policy' shouldn't mean making it difficult to leave. There is a clear disconnect when signing up takes seconds, but canceling requires phone calls and paperwork. Most importantly, I followed your cancellation steps perfectly and still saw an attempted charge. That isn't just a policy issue; it's an operational failure. My review stands as a valid warning for others regarding what to expect when they try to close their account. Again thank for your response NOW and Always and oh ​Fix the cracks NOW so you don’t lose customers Always!!! -Keithan ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) ABSOLUTELY AVOID THE MEMBERSHIP. FRAUDULENT AND PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. ​While the service from the local staff deserves praise (My masseuse Cameron was amazing, and Lydia and Manager Jessica were professional), their efforts are completely negated by corporate-mandated fraud. ​The Cancellation Process is a Complete Scam: ​THE INITIAL CHARGE & REFUSAL: They do not allow online cancellation and require you to call or visit. Before I could formally cancel, they charged me the recurring $80 membership fee. When I immediately called to explain, they refused to refund the money, forcing me to pay for a service I was actively trying to stop. ​THE RUNAROUND: I proceeded to formally cancel and submit their required cancellation form. ​THE FRAUDULENT ATTEMPTS: Despite sending the form, they did not cancel my membership and instead attempted to charge my account THREE more times. ​THE RESOLUTION: I was forced to call back again and get stern to ensure the membership was finally terminated. This entire back-and-forth was an annoying and trying process, made worse by the fact that the manager, Jessica, was powerless to fix this system, which proves this is a broken corporate model designed to trap customers. ​Lack of Privacy: The experience is also ruined by the physical setup. Treatment areas are separated by only fabric partitions, meaning you can hear everything next door, making true relaxation impossible. ​DO NOT FALL FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. This business relies on frustrating and unauthorized billing practices to steal extra money from customers.

  Amazing massage by Ally! She is awesome. I joined their membership program and love it. The prices are great, the place is beautiful, and the service rocks. If you try them, I predict that you’ll be back.

  My therapist Cameron was great. Asked the right questions prior to the massage. Opted for deep tissue & hot stones. He was able to focus on trouble spots & still provide a total body massage despite the short 50 min session. The reason for 4 stars: The treatment "rooms" are only partitioned off by curtains. I prefer a totally private room. Personally, I thought the sound of crashing waves was nice, but too loud. Their system requires a credit card on file in order to make an appointment no matter the method of payment.

  Annika is simply amazing. She pays attention to Every detail. She really has a healing energy that radiates through your entire body. I always feel like I have a brand new body after every session!
