- CFCandice FriersonOct 31, 20251.0I go to this Sephora often. I love shopping with the girls. This is the first time I encountered the cashier Gabi and she was extremely rude. I spent $1,000 at Sephora this month and at least $800 at that store and I’m so tempted to pack everything up bring it there and return it. Gabi would not let me shop comfortably like she was watching me and when I mentioned I had an exchanged her attitude soured. She immediately acted like she couldn’t return items I purchased from that store. I basically had to beg her to look up my profile to complete a return. Then she snatched my money out of my hand when I went to pay the difference. Horrible experience. I usually go in with my hair straightened and makeup done, I hope the fact that I had my natural hair out and barefaced didn’t affect my service. The other women I usually shop with were kind but she was not. I will return, but I will speak with a rep and ask if someone else can assist me instead of her.
