I had my appointment with Tabatha and she was wonderful. She did a trim, highlights, and styled my hair perfectly. My natural texture looked healthier and brighter, and the style lasted all day. (Photo 1: before, Photo 2: after, Photo 3: hours later.) Looking forward to returning in a few months for maintenance. 💜

The service was probably the worst thing i have ever experienced anywhere before. Everyone was very nice but the service itself was the problem. I walk in and I sit down with lexi my first hairdresser… yes that’s right my FIRST. I show her reference pictures and she seems very confident in being able to give me what i wanted. She washes and drys my hair and then she gets to cutting. I asked for not too much off of the back as i have been growing my hair for 6 months now and didn’t want to lose too much length. she proceeds to cut almost everything off of the sides and back and then after leaving me with little to no hair and an uneven hair cut she apparently got “sick” mid haircut and told me she would be right back. after that i had the receptionist and another hairdresser come into the room i was sitting in and tell me that i will have to switch hairdressers…. i complied and went into another room to finish up the mess that lexi started. I show the next hairdresser my inspiration pictures and she tells me that lexi went way too high and cut way too much off and that there is no way to possibly save it and she will just do her best and try to make it even. She was very nice and did her best but obviously she can’t make hair grow back onto my head. she also told me that lexi got scared and could not finish what she started which is just UNACCEPTABLE. after trying to salvage what ever she could, we walk out into the lobby and they were going to try and charge me for this haircut. i asked to speak to a manager because there was no way i was paying for it. i told her that it was extremely unprofessional for my hairdresser to just walk out because she got “sick” and told her that i knew she was just scared. she proceeds to raise her voice and change her tone and says “she just threw up so you want to go see her yourself” i told her no and that i don’t appreciate being lied too. after that i told her i was not going to pay for the haircut and that the second hairdresser tried her best but could not salvage it. the entire interaction with the manager was just not good at all and i walked out with my hood on. i will attach pictures of what i asked for and what i got for reference.

This was the worst experience I ever had getting my hair done. My hair originally was to my back side, the stylist and I agreed to cutting off 4 inches. However, when I left it wasn't even to my mid back. I asked for caramel bailage, being that I was new to this salon I tried showing the hair dresser the information that my previous hair dresser used in my hair for three years even with using a box hair dye which I also informed her of. The stylist advised she didn't need to see it she knew what she was doing. I expressed again that I've used boxed hair dye and she said no problem. Not only wasn't my hair cut to the appropriate length, it was bluntly cut and I came in with long layers to which I asked her to blend and she gave me two blunt layers that didn't blend. She stained my shirt and ruined it. When I called to complain to the manager she asked where I was from (not sure why that mattered). No apology was ever given. In fact she wanted me to come in to PAY for the original stylist and a master stylist to see where miscommunication would have played a role. I explained I have ptsd and do not feel comfortable with this. After telling me three times that is what they do. I asked for an alternative resolution. She advised I can meet with just the master stylist and PAY for it. I said how is that a resolution? I'd like a refund to which she said they don't give refunds. Which is a bold face lie because while I was there they issued a refund to another customer and her daughter for bad service as well. While the manager tried calling me back at this stage I no longer felt comfortable finding a resolution. In fact they advised that they have pictures of me which is illegal because I did NOT give consent to do this. I asked for a copy of the pictures which I still did not get. I disputed this with my bank and yet again the salon refused the refund. So, I paid over $300 for a completed ruined shirt and hair.
