I was wondering why the lady didn’t give me a mirror to see the back and it was because she messed up BADLY. Not only is it not a V cut she TRIED to do a straight cut, but the middle back part is cut higher. There’s random chunks of short and long hairs. I tried calling this place 4 times and no one’s answering. I am extremely disappointed and upset because I’ve always gone to great clips but I will never go again after this. My hair is completely messed up.

Vikki was amazing from start to finish. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and she got the cut perfect. The conversation was great too, which made the whole visit even better. The price was a great value for the quality of service I received. - JPJay PatelSep 29, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at this Great Clips location. My haircut was started by Vicky, and I left feeling very dissatisfied with her service. I specifically asked for a 0.5, 1, and 2 on the sides with a proper fade, but she didn’t fade the layers at all. She also didn’t trim the edges, leaving my haircut unfinished. On top of poor technique, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. When I glanced at my side hair while she was cleaning her trimmer, she got upset. She told me I was one of “those” customers who will always be remembered, and even said I should go to a barbershop if I wanted a better haircut than what she was doing. She also made it clear that she’s been cutting hair for years and doesn’t like customers who have specific needs — which is shocking, since listening to customers should be the most basic part of this job. Thankfully, another employee, Saraswati, stepped in and finished my haircut. She was excellent — polite, professional, and attentive to detail. She turned what could have been a completely ruined experience into something bearable, and I truly appreciate her effort. Overall, I won’t be returning to this location because of Vicky’s rude behavior and poor service, but I do want to recognize Saraswati for her professionalism. Management needs to address this issue seriously so other customers don’t go through the same negative experience.
