- BHBrittanie HolderOct 5, 20251.0I give one star cause the manager i assume was able to promo my coupon that was supposed to work anyways, but the lady who cut my son's hair didnt seem to be experienced in cutting kids hair. She didnt talk, didnt try making my kid feel comfortable at all. I mentioned how his hair doesnt look like the picture I showed her. I asked the lady twice if it was okay for his hair texture and she said yes, the manager wanted to see the picture but what's the point when the hair had already been cut, or she would've said oh that wouldn't work for his hair type which like I said I asked the woman twice if it would be okay for him to get the other two women cutting kids hair done theirs perfectly fine. And I wanted a similar style (I know with his hair its thinner than their was so would be some difference) but what my son got was totally different and his bangs arent even.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
