She didnt talk, didnt try making my kid feel comfortable at all. I mentioned how his hair doesnt look like the picture I showed her. I asked the lady twice if it was okay for his hair texture and she said yes, the manager wanted to see the picture but what's the point when the hair had already been cut, or she would've said oh that wouldn't work for his hair type which like I said I asked the woman twice if it would be okay for him to get the other two women cutting kids hair done theirs perfectly fine. And I wanted a similar style (I know with his hair its thinner than their was so would be some difference) but what my son got was totally different and his bangs arent even.
