- MBMatt BFeb 7, 20261.0I’m leaving this review on behalf of my mom who came on Thursday feb 6th afternoon time because she’s too nice to say anything.The other day she came in for a hair cut and the unprofessionalism that was experienced was INSANE including her not getting even close to a decent hair cut even though they had a thorough consultation before hand. My mother asked for a layered hair cut with curtain bangs and was very clear that she wanted longer curtain bangs. When I tell you the bangs were cut into regular SHORT and UNEVEN BANGS and wasn’t even close to the picture. My girlfriend is a hair dresser (and would’ve been the one to do it if we lived closer) and we all know that pictures are a reference and may not be spot on but for it to not even be the cut she asked for is crazy work. And maybe someone should retrain staff bc talking complete garbage about previous clients while in front of OTHER CLIENTS including about how people also “smell” and other comments it was a very uncomfortable experience . Training needs to be done

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
