I didn't need a haircut just beard trimmed. after waiting 20 minutes she asked how I wanted it trimmed. it is just a beard I thought great clips put everything in the computer. she checked and only had info about my hair. I usually go to the great clip in Garner and never had any issues. this woman was making it bigger than it needed to be. I got up and left. this woman should not be in customer service. From the moment I walked in she made me feel uncomfortable because I asked just for a beard trim. Will never go back to this place again.

I have natural wavy hair my hair was washed and put up in a clip before arriving.. I checked in online and said I wanted my hair at the top on my shoulders because long thick wavy hair is heavy. They didn't cut my hair even they also didn't follow the wave pattern and now I have to start my wave journey all over after two years of working on it. I am disappointed and probably won't return and pay someone over $100+ to cut my wavy hair after it grows back.
