During her cut, my mom mentioned that she recently lost her husband due to a long illness. Shay was very compassionate and generous with my mom. I just want to thank Shay for going above and beyond during a difficult time for my mom. Shay’s actions were heartfelt and beautiful, along with her stylist skills as well. Thank you so much for making mom feel better!

Two was cutting hair and 1 was sweeping. All looked at me standing in front waiting. But no one acknowledged me. Not even a well be with you shortly or anything like that. I guess they thought if no one said anything I would just walk out. They were right... I guess I didn't belong at their shop. What horrible people. But then I guess it's the norm now and days.
