I made sure and asked if she understood what i wanted, and she told me she’s got it. i left there with barely even a fade on the sides and the back had no fade whatsoever. it looks like i have a buzzed mullet. for the life of me i can’t figure out how this person cutting my hair can even cut it and thinks its any where near an ok haircut. and to make things worse this person was extremely rude to me. also my haircut was rushed and it only took them 5 minutes to cut it.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
