I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I decided to find a style before I checked in. While waiting in the lobby I overheard a stylist by the name of “Donna” chastising a little girl who looked no older than the age of 10. The girls hair was tangled. I understand it may have been a tedious task to tackle, but never should anyone be degraded the way I witnessed especially a child. The child was literally in tears. She was told her hair was matted and nasty. She ripped through the girls tangles while constantly degrading her. It was too much for me to bare so I left. I will never recommend this salon to any one. Corporate needs to review the cameras and reprimand her immediately. I was so disgusted by this experience.

The notes are what I expect every stylist to follow, because they're exactly what I want. This locations lost me. Sanfords other location is much better suited for people with specialties.
