  My experience at Prime IV in Rolesville was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. What stood out to me the most was how personalized the entire experience was. I truly didn’t feel like just another number. Jason was incredible and took the time to give me a full tour of the facility. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all of the services and options available. Tonya, my nurse, was absolutely phenomenal. She really listened to my needs and what I was looking for in treatment. I appreciated how genuine, attentive, and professional she was throughout the entire process. The environment was relaxing and truly top tier. The massage chair and cooling eye mask made the experience even more calming and luxurious. As someone who constantly pours into others as an educator, this was a self-care moment that I truly needed. I felt like every need was addressed, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership today, and I can’t wait to continue my wellness journey with them.   The staff is amazing — caring, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. It’s always easy to make appointments, and the spa’s ambiance is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I pass several other locations just to come here because they are simply the best!

  Jason, Tonya, Bethany & Jenni were lovely! I came in for the intro but ended up doing the immunity drip and injection. Have a flight and work event this week so I wanted to be hydrated, energized and immunized before :) can’t wait to see how I feel!
