The stylist didn’t do a clean job on the back of my hair and sides of the ears— it’s uneven, and there are visible rough spots and small cuts on the back side of my neck. It looks like the clippers were used carelessly, leaving irritation and uneven trimming. I expected a simple, neat haircut, but instead it looks rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning and hope the salon improves its quality and attention to detail.
